Production and despatch times

The majority of our products are made to order. Please allow between 7-10 working days for despatch. In the case of custom orders, please note that we do not hold stock of yarns and fabrics outside of the Sävy colour palette so lead times may be longer depending on stock availability. Please refer to the timings stated on individual product pages for the most accurate information on lead times.

Gift orders

If you would like to send your order directly to a friend or loved one as a gift, please leave us note at the checkout with your message and we will include a handwritten notecard alongside the tissue-wrapped item.

Custom orders

If you like our products but have a specific colour or fabric in mind, please contact us separately via hello@savyliving.com.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom items, unless they are faulty. As we do not hold stock of yarns and fabrics outside of the Sävy colour palette we have additional outlay costs. We are also unable to sell custom items on if they were to be returned.

Delivery

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship within the UK.

We post all items via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery can take between 2 to 3 days from despatch.

If you would prefer to collect your order, you can do so from the Makers Quarter in Salford. Please choose the “pick up” option at checkout and follow up with an email to arrange.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14days of receipt of your order. As we are a small business, we regret that we are unable to cover the cost of returns, unless there is a fault with your item. Please contact us via hello@savyliving.com or through our contact page as soon as possible to request a return or inform us of a fault. Items must be returned in their original state and packaging, and are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10days of receipt.
